Homo sapiens with cranial cavity of similar size to our own have inhabited the earth for nearly 200,000 years. To comprehend the “auditory cloud” it is necessary to study the anthropology of homo sapiens with regard to the ritual use of sound, especially with regard to sound production pertinent to ancient and modern aboriginal, pre-historical, and historical religion, including shamanism. Disdain rooted in hubris for the anthropological and historical record regarding ritual use of sound will dead-end your scientific research.
The “auditory cloud” is a quantum mechanical field of the brain, and any attempt to describe it semantically in the current lexicon of physics falls short. Even Albert Einstein resorted to “spooky action at a distance” to describe semantically the phenomenon known today as quantum entanglement. Perhaps, someday, an individual will labor to describe the “auditory cloud” mathematically. In the meantime, a preliminary semantic definition is all that can be offered.
To understand the “auditory cloud” it is best for the brain to “perceive” it in its benign form by listening to longstanding, polyphonic choral music compositions in a language other than your native language so that the texts (lyrics) are not distractive cognitively. The phenomenon has been known mostly by many other names in countless languages since the dawn of the human species on Earth; therefore, researching the history of the phenomenon is not simply a matter of searching the literature for the phrase “auditory cloud.” Sadly, modern humans have weaponized an erstwhile, predominately benign phenomenon, and only modern humans in private enterprise will develop a universal countermeasure because governments are drawn to the weapon not the countermeasure.

Sonic Vest Company, hereby, publicly declares its theory of the causative factor with regard to the injury sustained by Cuba diplomats of the United States of America and Canada. As a matter of physics, the theoretical causative factor is an electromechanically weaponized, brain injurious variant of the natural, sonically-initiated, neurologically impairing phenomenon first mentioned in the historical record at 2 Chronicles 5: 12-14, which for research purposes, Sonic Vest Company dubs “2CHR5” but taxonomically refers to it as “ an auditory cloud.”
Sonic Vest Company, will develop a universal countermeasure against the sonic weapon initiators of the weaponized variant of the “auditory cloud” deployed against the diplomats of the United States of American and Canada that will render such weapons inert and useless in the interest of the preservation of the neurological wellbeing of all the world’s people.
On Saturday, March 10, 2018, a neighbor phoned me about the sudden death of a another neighbor, and shortly after I answered my cellphone, strange, high, multi-pitched, industrial, machine-like sounds blared from the handset. I suspect that an IMSI catcher was used to launch a telephonic sonic attack against me in retaliation for my work with Sonic Vest Company, which operates the only global clearinghouse for the collection and dissemination of information to researchers and the public relevant to the sonic attacks on the Cuba diplomats of Canada and the U.S.A. Intermittent tinnitus persists from the telephonic attack.
After reading, the comprehensive, Associated Press article titled “AP News Break: US Suspects cellphone spying devices in DC” it is my concern that the illegal IMSI catchers found in Washington, D.C. were placed by malefactors to launch future telephonic, sonic attacks against attorneys and elected officials with minority political parties. If you objectively consider the timing of the attacks on the Cuba diplomats of the U.S.A., which according to “Federal Times” began in November 2016, motive and opportunity, and the voluminous published information, the inescapable conclusion is that the attacks were launched by malefactors in support of Trump Administration foreign policy.
In addition to concern about the launching of future telephonic sonic attacks with IMSI catchers against attorneys and elected officials in Washington, D.C., I am also concerned that malefactors could launch a future sonic attack by co-opting the public address system in an indoor arena hosting a political conference or convention. Such a sonic attack could potentially permanently, neurologically injure or brain damage thousands of citizens, including many elected members of our nation’s political elite.
In light of the denial by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Scientists described in the April 3, 2018, post on this website, all Americans are “on their own” with regard to protection from sonic attacks until startup ventures like Sonic Vest Company and other private enterprises can develop and distribute effective countermeasures.

The Associated Press (AP Online) article dated January 8-9, 2018, titled “ Tillerson tells AP Cuba still risky; FBI doubts sonic attack,” which is cited in Sonic Vest Company’s FOIA Request to the FBI filed February 27, 2018 (see March 4, 2018 post on this website) reads in pertinent part:
“Following months of investigation and four FBI trips to Havana, an interim report from the bureau’s Operational Technology Division says the probe has uncovered no evidence that sound waves could have damaged the Americans’ health, the AP has learned. The report, dated Jan. 4, doesn’t address other theories and says the FBI will keep investigating until it can show there’s been no intentional harm.”

a request, in accordance with the Israeli Freedom of Information Law, to receive information from the Israeli military regarding the Scream. This request was filed following complaints from protesters who had been exposed to the Scream. Some of the reported side effects were dizziness, nausea, headaches, ataxia and a general sense of weakness. PHR (Physicians for Human Rights) based its request on two expert opinions, which stated that critical damage might be caused to people who are exposed to some of these devices, but since there are different types of devices it is necessary to verify the type of device used by the military and its characteristics. In addition, PHR (Physicians for Human Rights) wanted to verify whether a comprehensive analysis had been conducted regarding the physical effects that may be experienced by protesters exposed to the Scream – and particularly comparing between singular exposures to repeated exposures – and if so, what the results of such an analysis were.”
“After a three-month extension, on 22 April 2012 the Army Spokesperson’s Unit responded to PHR’s inquiry. The response did not include answers regarding the kind of device or its sound level, but rather only an assurance that the device had passed the required safety tests and that “it is not expected” to cause dizziness or pain in the eardrum or in other areas of the human body, nor is it expected to cause any effects beyond ‘discomfort or a nuisance.'”
